Hampshirecam's Winter Scrapbook

Late January, New Forest ~ Apart from the low temperatures and frost this winter we've also had some significant rainfall as the images below illustrate.








Forest ponies on the forage.

February ~ Snow, and the arrival of the worst snowfalls in two decades and an excuse for millions to have a day off. I don't remember that happening in 1963 when we had snow for three months and work and school continued... thirty Monday morning and it doesn't stop these two young ladies walking to work.
